Aaron Rodgers, a 33 year old California native and quarterback for Green Bay Packers , made his first visit to South Carolina and came to play in the BMW Charity Event on Saturday May 20th. He admitted he had “100 percent” jitters about playing, but admits he loves playing when he doesn’t have fans watching. Rodgers drew a huge crowd with some wearing his jersey. The 2017 charitable beneficiaries include: The Blue Ridge Council Boy Scouts of America, Center for Developmental Services,  Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County, Harvest Hope Food Bank, Mobile Meals of Spartanburg, National Christian College Athletic Association (NCCAA),  Project HOPE Foundation, Ronald McDonald House Charities of the CarolinasShriners Hospital for Children-Greenville, SYNNEX Share the Magic, The Blade Jr. Golf Classic,  The Furman Advantage,  and Upstate Warrior Solution.
